Something to know about me, I HATE basil. The taste, the smell, the texture, everything about it. I even pick it out of all my food! Today at the farmer’s market in Long Beach, I decided to taste this Amogio sauce. Let me tell you: my mouth was having a party! Full of flavor, light and airy, coats your tongue slightly, and leaves a beautiful taste in your mouth. I can honestly say this is the one form of basil I WILL eat! Absolutely delicious! Bought two jars and don’t see them lasting very long in my house!
I bought this at a fall festival in Eastport last week. I can not say enough, came home that night & used on nearly everything. Its pure heaven- I can not recommend enough! Great Job

My wife and I didn’t know that the other had purchased this at a farmers market on different days….
We hosted a birthday party and bought a 6 foot Italian hero as part of the food being served. There was a couple of feet left over the next day I went to the fridge and pulled it out. Instead of using the dressing provided, I figured I’d give the Zito’s traditions a shot on it. WOW!! Absolutely delicious. The funny thing is my wife couldn’t believe when I pulled it out of the pantry, because the one I bought was on a different shelf! We had a nice laugh about that.

My husband and I love the Long Beach farmers market on Saturdays( also Wed but we never make it). We stopped by to try the Amogio sauce at the beginning of the summer and were sold!
…2 jars later and we just finished the last of it tonight over protein pasta. Also had it the other night with grilled chicken over salad. Amazing flavor!!! Need to get more soon!
